Who we are
Betar International Group, LLC ("big", "we") is a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA, file no. 10810417, with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.
This policy covers betar.group and the big studio page.
What we collect
- Launch notifications: your email address and the language of the page you signed up on.
- big studio requests: your name, email, phone number if you add one, a description of your idea, the services you need, your rough budget, whether you asked for samples of our work, and the page language.
- Emails: whatever you write to us.
- Technical data for protection: when you start filling in a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical signals from your browser to make sure you're not a bot. When you send it, we briefly use your IP address to stop repeated submissions.
- Visit statistics: aggregate numbers on which pages are visited, countries, device and browser types, and page load speed. They don't identify you or follow you from one visit to the next.
We don't collect payment details on this site. Payments happen later through Stripe and fall under Stripe's own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To tell you when the product you asked about launches, based on your consent. We send you a confirmation email first and only add you to the list once you confirm.
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote for your project, based on your consent and your request.
- To protect the site and its forms from spam and abuse, which is our legitimate interest.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- Cloudflare: to host the site, store files, protect the forms, receive email and count visits.
- Neon: to run our database.
- Resend: to send emails.
- Google (Gmail): for the inbox that receives your emails and request alerts.
These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored and processed in the United States. The emails we send you go out through Resend's servers in Japan, and data may pass through Cloudflare servers in other countries on its way to you.
How long we keep it
- Notification email: until you unsubscribe. If you don't confirm your subscription, we erase your email after 30 days.
- big studio requests: if a request doesn't become a project, we erase it 12 months after its last update. If we work together, we keep it for the length of the contract and as long as the law requires after it.
- Emails: as long as we need them to keep in touch with you.
- Technical protection data: we delete what we keep of it within 24 hours. Cloudflare processes Turnstile data under its own privacy policy.
- Visit statistics: Cloudflare keeps them in detail for 7 days and only in aggregate after that, and we can view them for up to 6 months.
- Backups: erased data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 24 months, used only to recover from a failure. If we ever restore one, we apply every erasure request to it again.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies and use no ads or tracking tools. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit statistics; it works without cookies and doesn't identify visitors. Turnstile only loads once you start filling in a form, to protect it from bots.
Since we don't track you at all, a Do Not Track signal doesn't change anything about how we treat you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which doesn't affect anything done before. Every notification email has an unsubscribe link.
Send your request to hello@betar.group and we will reply within 30 days.
If you live in Saudi Arabia, you can also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell subscribers about any significant change.
